The latest act who’ve confirmed that they will be playing Glastonbury 2007 are Super Furry Animals . The Welsh Wizards have posted on their MySpace page that they will be performing on the Other Stage on Friday 22 June and will be airing material from their new album, Hey Venus. Following singer Gruff Rhys’s solo excursion last year, the band’s debut for new label Rough Trade, Hey Venus will touch down in shops on 27 August and Q sincerely hopes that the Furries’ famed 5.1 SurroundSound system will be in evidence again at this year’s festival.

The full and OFFICIAL Glastonbury 2007 will be available from Q, right HERE on Friday 1 June, plus there’ll be news of a very special Q stage that’ll be up and running this year…
