You’ve physically survived the Glastonbury weekend, but have you recovered mentally? You must – at some point – have seen some deeply odd things, or experienced human behaviour that you’ll never see anywhere else. Whether it’s the strange sound of voices singing along to I Want To Know What Love Is by Foreigner in a tent at 7am, the endless fun of the Musical Trees, or nutters shouting “Dan! Dan! Dan!” in busy areas of the festival, you’re bound to have come across something.
So, dredge those lost memories, or search your camera or phone, because we want your Weirdness. Glastonbury Weirdness is back after a fallow year (it went off to be weird somewhere else for a few months) and the THREE best stories or photos will each win a copy of the all-new Glastonbury Limited Edition DVD, CD and Book Pack.
Containing the legendary film Glastonbury by Julian Temple (The Filth & The Fury, Joe Strummer: The Future Is Unwritten), this set has been specially created for festival fans and released to coincide with this year’s event – making it the next best thing to actually going!
The impressive pack contains the Special Edition 2 disc DVD, a double CD containing a host of full-length performances from artists featured in the film and a specially constructed 64 page full-colour book packed with exclusive pictures, stories and general madness. There are also deleted sequences and an innovative interactive shuffle track function that allows you to re-edit the feature film yourself.
All you need to do is email your stories or photos to competitions@q4music.com, together with your name, address and email address. Winners must be aged 15 years or over and the competition closes on 31 July 2007. For full terms and conditions, please email competitions@q4music.com.
