The Official Q Magazine stage at Glastonbury 08!

There’s even more live music to look forward to at Glastonbury this year – and Q is helping to deliver much of it. The Queen’s Head stage, which is co-ordinated by Q magazine, will not only play home to a varied range of talent, but it’s also the only stage at the festival which will have live acts on the Thursday night. So revellers arriving early to settle in for the weekend will be able to enjoy live performances by Mr David Viner, Make Model, One Night Only, Glasvegas, Santogold and others – all before the festival officially begins!
For the rest of the weekend, the Queen’s Head will be home to a veritable feast of musical goodness and some of the biggest and best names in music will be playing, including The Pigeon Detectives, Kate Nash, Roisin Murphy, Captain, The Holloways, Ron Sexsmith, Joe Lean And The Jing Jang Jong, Elbow and Noah And The Whale. Not only this, but guest DJs will entertain you into the early hours, including a session at the decks by Guilty Pleasure on the Saturday. Just like Q itself, then, The Queen’s Head Stage will bring you nothing but the best music to make Glastonbury 2008 even better!

Tell us who you're looking forward to see play the most by leaving a comment below!

Pigeon Detectives will be amazing - they were fab in the John Peel last year! And will try and catch Roisin Murphy and Captain too!
Just for the record tho: "it’s also the only stage at the festival which will have live acts on the Thursday night" erm actually the Leftfield has bands on all day, as does the Bandstand, Croissant Neuf Bandstand, Dance Village etc etc - sorry!
But anyway, have got a feeling this years going to be a good one - see you all there!
